Online Orders

Orders are subject to product availability and payment approval. The total price, currency, taxes, shipping charges, and available payment methods are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided at checkout.

International Orders

Customers outside Israel may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included unless explicitly shown at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

To request a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any security tag intact. Original shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are not refundable unless required by applicable law or the item is defective.

Personalized, custom-made, altered, or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless defective. For international returns, use a secure tracked shipping service; Stav Jewelry cannot accept responsibility for a return shipment that does not reach us.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production or dispatch has begun, changes may not be possible. Your statutory rights under applicable law are not affected.

Warranty and Repairs

Stav Jewelry products include a one-year warranty from the purchase date when accompanied by proof of purchase. For assistance, email stavjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
