Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods.
Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.
Goods supplied by Missoma to customers remain the property of the company until paid for in full by the customer.




Orders can be placed over the telephone by calling the customer service team on +972-(2)563-7059. Card details will be processed using our online secure Sage Pay payment process.
these terms apply to telephone orders also.



Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and the availability of the goods and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase.
All of our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling and you will be invoiced in Pounds Sterling.
If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.



Non-Israel orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (17%)

The VAT element will automatically be deducted from the original price when a non-Israel country is selected.

Please note you will be liable for import duties in the usual way and your local customs office should be able to help you with this.


We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard and Paypal.


Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were received with the security tag intact. Stav Jewelry will not accept returns of any items that have been worn or have had their security tags removed. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items as faulty.

Please note, engraved items are non-returnable / non-refundable unless faulty.
To return an item, fill out your return docket stating your Order Number and reason for return.
For orders outside of Israel, Stav Jewelry cannot refund any sales tax or customs duties payable.
We request that all items are returned in their original Stav Jewelry packaging and in the condition in which they were received. We cannot accept returned items that have been worn or have had the security tag removed.

To return items from overseas, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL and UPS to return your items to us. Stav Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us, so it is advisable that you use a trackable service. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded.

  • We are unable to offer exchanges unless the item ordered is faulty or a different size is needed (rings only). Please contact our Customer Service team for more details.

  • If you would like to exchange an item you will need to return the original order for a refund, and place a new order. 

  • Any returned orders must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (Israel and International deliveries).

  • We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Stav Jewelry’s discretion.




Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. 

You can return your order once you have received it.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will recredit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within ten working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.


All our Stav Jewelry pieces are guaranteed for 1 year from the original purchase date (with proof of receipt). If you have a problem, please contact us at

giving your original order number and outlining the repair issue.
